As the owner of a small family-based business, I can honestly say that I am living my lifelong dream. I’m dedicated to providing a unique, personalized and whole hearing experience for our ever-expanding patient base—a concept centered around my extreme drive for excellence. I surround myself with staff who are similarly committed because I realize there are many options for patients in selecting a hearing health care provider. My business philosophy is very hands-on, and my personal endeavor is to earn your unwavering trust in becoming your life-long hearing health care partner.
Sheila Williams – Operations Manager
Sheila joined the Concept family in April 2016 as the Operations Manager. She grew up in the Cedar Rapids area of Iowa and received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from St. Ambrose University. Sheila brings over 20 years of Operations experience with her to this position.
Sheila enjoys helping people, and loves to see the life changes that can occur when a patient can hear what they haven’t been able to for years. When Sheila isn’t at Concept, she can be found quilting, gardening, snowmobiling, and hanging out with her husband and her pets.
Kelly Goerdt – Marketing and Communications Manager
Tennille Fain – Clinic Administrator
Tennille joins Concept with 16 years of experience in financial and medical offices. She was born in Mason City, IA and graduated from Denver, IA. Tennille moved with her family to the Marion area in 1997.
She is married and has 2 daughters. She enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends and family, watching auto racing, and attending concerts/festivals.
